Manufacturing process: mortise and tenon structure, no knots or rotten wood on the visible surface, moisture content ≤10%, all corners are rounded, no sharp edges.

The entire surface is sealed with a UV coating, resulting in a smooth and even paint film with good coverage. The overall paint hardness is ≥1H, and the hardness of the chair surface paint is ≥2H. The paint has a delicate feel, is free of particles, bubbles, and slag, and has a uniform color.
