Student Connected Double-Decker Steel Bed
1. Bed Specifications: Length 3940mm * 900mm * 1800mm (Length * Width * Height).
2. Bed Posts: Made of high-quality rolled steel plate, formed in one piece by a forming machine, using a closed-profile profile to increase product sturdiness. Two inward-curving reinforcing ribs on both sides further enhance the strength of the posts. The finished dimensions are 60mm × 60mm, and the material thickness is 1.2mm.
Production process: Each steel part undergoes degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, pickling and other processes, followed by rust prevention and passivation treatment, high-frequency welding, and uniform surface ripples without any detachment, incomplete welding or weld penetration. Therefore, all welds are full welds. The surface is coated with milky white epoxy polyester powder hammer textured coating by electrostatic spraying.
