Today, we would like to introduce a popular model of adjustable-height classroom desk and chair. Desk specifications: 600mm (L) × 450mm (W) × 780mm (H), with adjustable height.
Desktop Panel: 600mm × 450mm × 18mm. Constructed from 18mm medium-density fiberboard (MDF) with high-quality PP injection-molded edging, formed in a single seamless process. The desktop features a curved ergonomic design (60 × 45 cm) that aligns with ergonomic principles.
Desk Storage Compartment: Dimensions—500mm × 300mm × 150mm. This thickened storage box is formed in a single piece and constructed entirely from high-quality, 0.8mm-thick cold-rolled steel plate.
The desk features a telescopic tube lifting mechanism with four adjustable height settings, secured via a combination of rivets and screw connections.
The desk legs are constructed from high-quality, 1.3mm-thick cold-rolled oval steel tubing (30mm × 60mm). All other supporting components utilize high-quality, 1.2mm-thick cold-rolled oval steel tubing (20mm × 50mm), featuring a bent and welded tubular structure.
Classroom Chair Dimensions: Length 380mm × Width 380mm × Height 420mm. Features independent height adjustment.
Seat Panel: 380mm × 380mm. Constructed from PP plastic using a central-control blow-molding process to form a single seamless panel with a thickness of 3.5 cm.
The chair legs are constructed from high-quality, 1.3mm-thick cold-rolled oval steel tubing (30mm × 60mm). All other supporting components utilize high-quality, 1.2mm-thick cold-rolled oval steel tubing (20mm × 50mm).
Foot Caps: Injection-molded using high-strength PP engineering plastic.
All steel tubing used in this product consists of high-frequency welded tubes. After undergoing polishing and sanding treatments, the surfaces of all steel components are finished with an electrostatic powder coating.
