Adjustable-Height Desks and Chairs
These are height-adjustable desks and chairs procured by the school; the desktop is constructed from ABS material, while the main structural framework consists of galvanized steel tubing.
The height of the desk and chair legs can be adjusted via a screw mechanism located at the top of the legs, thereby conveniently accommodating the varying height requirements of students of different statures.
Regarding all metal components of the desks and chairs, welding must be executed with flatness and full penetration, free from any incomplete welds or conspicuous weld scars; all welded joints must be ground smooth. Furthermore, prior to powder coating, the surfaces of all exposed metal parts undergo a shot blasting and sandblasting treatment process.
Subsequently, the components undergo high-voltage electrostatic powder coating followed by high-temperature curing. This process ensures strong adhesion between the coating and the metal surface, rendering it highly resistant to corrosion and peeling. The finished coated parts must be free from any visible defects such as bubbles, flow marks, bare spots, wrinkling, or other forms of damage.
